Welcome to Midland Farms where we specialize in helping anyone who wants to learn about horses, have a party with horses, and keep their horse in a safe comfortable environment. Midland Farms is managed by Christy Mauney who also gives riding lessons and host the birthday parties. Christy enjoys trail riding and showing occasionally; along with attending clinics and reading to further her knowledge in these wonderful animals that she loves. Christy was born and raised in North Carolina on her parents farm where she first developed her love and passion for the horses. After graduating high school Christy moved to Bell Buckle, TN to manage her parents horse farm and attend Middle Tennessee State University where she majored in Agribusiness. Christy and Get'n Grander Midland Farms is also pleased to announce that Faye Lynn Coffey is also giving riding instruction at Midland Farms. Faye Lynn has been in the horse industry for many years and has participated in 4-H, the MTSU Equestrian Team on the collegiate level and still continues to show with them in the alumni division. Faye Lynn also helps coach the Middle Tennessee Equestrian Team. Faye Lynn has instructed several riders to equitation championships at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration. Faye Lynn is still involved with 4-H and helps all of her students as they show in 4-H and encourages them to get involved with other 4-H activities. |
